We want you to absolutely love your new pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging included. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us we’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Important Notes • For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings. • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty. • If you’re requesting an exchange, please include a pre-paid return satchel addressed to yourself. • Once received and approved, returns are processed within 2 business days.
