If a fault is detected, we’ll gladly repair or replace your item to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note that general wear and tear such as tarnishing, fading of plated jewellery, or chain breakage is not considered a manufacturing fault. Our warranty also does not cover loss of gemstones or jewellery, scratched surfaces, or natural changes in appearance over time.
We always handle each claim with care, but if damage arises from mishandling, we reserve the right to decline a claim. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your earrings feel loose or no longer close properly, gently adjusting the post with a small pair of pliers can help the clasp fit securely again this can easily be done at home.
